Mr Crozier.i am a postman and i would like to know why postman/postwoman do not recieve company policy handbooks.there have  been many changes to this job recently as you know.i have tried to obtain a company policy handbook from hr and they say it is only possible to get on royal mails intranet site(which postman have no access to).the problem this is causing is that because postman dont know there rights as an employee, management manipulate company policies to suit themselves.this develops into bullying and harrassment.royal mail say they will not tolerate bullying but in actual fact they are causing it by letting management manipulte policy because postman just dont know the rules.please could you explain how you are going to improve this situation because to the floor staff it looks like royal mail are encouraging this kind of behaviour by not giving workers access to there rights.thankyou

I was wondering because this concerns the U.S. of A as a whole. I'm not trying to run you down but are you a Muslim? As far as I know (though I am not a native, I live in a predominantly Muslim country, so I'm not making wrong assumptions), Muslims are nothing wrong as people but their very ideology more often than not clouds their judgment in many aspects.

We have seen (speaking from an American perspective here) how violent Islam can be (in the case of terrorists), though I'm not conveniently excluding violent incidents done by people of other faiths. How will you be able to ensure "Power to the people" if these psychotic fanatics (terrorists, not Muslims) do stuff like this? Will you side with their decisions out of the obligation of sharing the same faith or will you speak out and even so, to what extent?

One final question - No one, frankly, really knows whether you're Muslim or not because you mentioned that you've been attending church as well. Does religion seriously play an important role in your life? Or are you deciding? You must realize that the Constitution was founded upon Christian principles by devout Christians...going to church now and then doesn't make you a Christian - so if you're so uncertain or if our people are so unsure of your true beliefs, there is a possibility of people losing confidence in your inconsistency and that may have dire implications on how the people of America view your administration of the country, should you be elected for President.

Show more »"The UK has been a notable supporter of the responsibility-to-protect principle, under which when sovereign states fail to protect their citizens from mass atrocity, through incapacity or ill will, it becomes the collective responsibility of the international community to take appropriate action and sovereign immunity no longer applies.  How can responsibility to protect be seen as a genuine - binding - responsibility when behind it ultimately sits the absolute immunity that the United Nations claims for itself and its agents, as for example in the case of the failure of the United Nations and the Netherlands, through incapacity or ill will, to protect civilian refugees entrusted to their safe-keeping from genocide at Srebrenica?  How would you propose resolving this fundamental failure of accountability?
