Sebastian Coe, Lord Coe, how far has building work come along for the site - I understood that some local businesses were unhappy at the compensation/relocation packages offered? The Wembley Stadium delays etc don't inspire confidence, what guarantees are there this time that we're going to get things "right"?

What I am waiting to hear from Lord Coe is acknowledgement of this and a real analysis of why we get them wrong, with an explanation of how the Olympic preparations will be different.
