Question

1. David Cameron, Why do you oppose a reform treaty for the EU which actually gives no new powers to the EU and actually gives member parliaments and the directly-elected European Parliament more control over the decision making process in the EU? Are you opposed to reforms of the EU in case they actually fix the problems in it and so undermine your opposition?
