Question
Question
David Miliband
, Isn't the comparison of values between countries very difficult? Kim Howells recently spoke about the UK and Saudi Arabia sharing values. At the same time it has been made clear we don't share values with Burma. Are there some values we don't share with Saudi Arabia and some we do with Burma?
